These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the applications of Brandink Network (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “our,” or “the company”) for managing digital assets, including posting, editing, deleting content, and responding on social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube (hereinafter referred to as “the applications”). By using our applications, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our applications, you accept these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, we recommend that you do not use our applications.

Information We Collect

When you use our applications, we collect the following information:

  • Account Data: Authentication tokens provided by social media platforms to perform actions on your behalf. We do not store your access credentials directly.
  • Interaction Information: Data about the performance of your posts, comments, and other interactions.
  • Additional Information: Data you agree to provide according to the selected functionalities.

Use of Information

  • Post, edit, and delete content on your social media accounts as previously agreed.

  • Automate content management through semi-automated processes using Artificial Intelligence.
  • Generate reports and performance analysis of content.

Platform Permissions

Our applications require specific permissions to act on your behalf on social media platforms. You can decide which functionalities to enable when connecting to our applications. The access granted will be temporary and must be renewed periodically.

Sharing Information with Third Parties

We do not share your personal information or that of your social media accounts with third parties, except when necessary to fulfill our legal obligations or when you have authorized the use of integrated third-party tools.

Content Modification and Management

Before managing your content, we will agree with you on the actions we can take on your behalf. We do not make decisions without your prior approval, except in previously configured automations.

Activity Notifications

We do not automatically notify you of actions taken on your behalf unless you have explicitly requested it. If you wish to receive notifications about posts or responses, you can enable this option in your account.

Data Retention and Deletion

We will retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or until you decide to revoke permissions or cancel the service. Upon termination of the service, we will stop managing your content immediately.

Withdrawal of Permissions

You can revoke the permissions granted to our application at any time through the settings of your account on the corresponding social media platform. Upon revoking permissions, our applications will no longer have access to your account.

Information Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect the personal information we manage. However, since we do not store access credentials directly, we rely on the security provided by social media platforms.

Legal Compliance

Brandink Network adheres to applicable privacy laws in Latin America. We do not manage user accounts in Europe or North America, so we are not subject to regulations such as GDPR or CCPA.

Update of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the applications or via email. Your continued use of our applications after notification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Shared Responsibility

By using our services, users consent to Brandink Network managing content on their behalf. The responsibility for the publications is shared between the user and Brandink Network, and any action taken will be in accordance with previously established agreements.
